714359 2008-10-27 20:24:00 Well, I advanced voted. A big STUFF YA to the two major parties

Way to waste a vote Bob.....All you are doing is enabling the small parties to lever their way into power on concession for their non popular policies.

Meh, all the parties are a joke.
Whatever they promise, I never see/get.
The only time they do 'promise' is during election year.
After that, they deny all know knowledge of it.

I really should not have bothered voting to be honest.

714362 2008-10-27 22:43:00 With luck the hatred people have for Comrade Helen and the Labour Party will be stronger than the dislike and distrust they have for National .

I only hope sufficient voters are smart enough to realise that MMP has given a soap box and leverage to minor parties grossly disproportionate to their support within the community, and intelligently vote to solve the problem over who is going to misgovern New Zealand for the next three years.

I've seen very little evidence of thought from you so far in this thread Cicero. I wonder what will inform your vote? (...and whether you would accept such a remark as yours about your own contribution to democracy.)
