Probably within the Green Party from what I have seen lately.
Russel Norman is just one but he came from Aussie and was a commie over there.;

714389 2008-11-01 19:42:00 Pinkos are only found in Labour, Green and what ever Andertons party is.
They are dangerous for democracy.

You don't even know what "Anderton's Party" is?

Anyway, your assertions is a bit short on facts.

Rob Muldoon (National Party) ruled through regulation because he had a stranglehold on his cabinet. Regulations, while part of statute law, are able to be changed by a cabinet majority only - and needn't be put before the House of Parliament like a statute must in order to be changed or amended.

It took the Labour government under David Lange to change the ability of a NZ government to change so much regulation without going before the House. They did this through the inception of the Regulations Review Committee - whose members are taken from across the House of Parliament - and whose job is to review all changes made to regulations by whatever current government forms a cabinet.

So, recent history would show that a Labour government has acted to restrain it's own power and the power of all future governments in NZ.

714391 2008-11-01 20:47:00 One could extrapolate from that they not only did the Labour Party not trust any future governments, they didn't trust themselves either... :D

Now just what is Auntie Helen using as her election byline? Something about trust???? :D :D

714392 2008-11-02 06:21:00 Eh - - you listen to and believe political dross? (Of any colour.)

A thankless sort of task, but I suppose someone has to do it.

714393 2008-11-02 19:54:00 Natiobour and Lanal, Is there really much difference between the leaders? One should be a prop for a horror movie and one should be prop for a comedy. rob_on_guitar (4196)
