715167 2008-10-28 00:24:00 I wouldn't touch a Nissan if you paid me. Always disliked them - crap build quality. johcar (6283)
715168 2008-10-28 01:41:00 Bummer.

I love nissans, but I've never had one newer than 1998, perhaps the newer ones aren't quite as solid as their older stuff.

The new GTR though - OMG. :drool :drool :drool

715169 2008-10-28 02:24:00 o they make some fantastic vechiles :wub

they have had quite a few with major problems. its not uncommon in the motor idustry but whats pissing everyone off is they deny there is any problems and use every BS excuse to duck out of the warranty.
i don't know how much of a problem that has been here, everyone at nissan i've ever spoken to never gives a straight answer. could well be NZ nissan are good and get off their butts and fixes the problems.
tho i wish they would offically say what the problems actually are so the rest of us know what to fix before something major happens. a lot cheaper to replace bearings/pistons now than after the motor is a pile of shrapnal.

715170 2008-10-28 02:57:00 Yeah, they are shooting themselves in the foot with this one. I know a few people with Navaras, but I don't know if they are the D22. wratterus (105)
