| 831068 | 2009-11-17 16:04:00 | Hi Guys, I am computer literate, but have never used Sykpe. I have 2 people overseas that want to use Skype with me. I have a newish laptop with a camera in it. Is it easy to setup Skype ? and should my lappy work ? Then I would like to test it with someone in NZ first. Any volunteers ? |

| 831069 | 2009-11-17 18:25:00 | It's easy. You can test sound through them themselves. Camera - well you can see that yourself at your end. It either works or it doesn't. Personally I'd go Goggletalk instead though. |

| 831070 | 2009-11-17 20:04:00 | Skype is dead easy to set up - you shouldn't have any problems. To test your microphone or headset, call the user "echo123" - it's Skype's call testing service. Basically you talk to a machine, and it plays back what you say. |
