| 716857 | 2008-11-05 09:37:00 | KIWI RAIL bought by Labour from Toll Holdings 3 months ago. Now valued DOWN $242 million. $56 loss for every New Zealander. Gosh, Clark and her failed ex school teacher Finance Minister Cullen sure know how to run a business. You don't think the new valuation is anything to do with the world-wide financial meltdown? But perhaps thats the fault of Clark and Cullen. Like the 2 UK investments which are currently worth 30% of what they cost me 8 years ago. Martynz |

| 716858 | 2008-11-05 09:43:00 | Furthermore, roger douglas and richard prebble regard themselves as visionaries but actually they were mere pawns in the big game of far greater intelligences than them and were used to inject ideas which would allow above corporate raiders to exploit NZ, in my opinion they should be viewed as traitors and treated as such. Men who are in fact very much like john key, successful in their own small field and now wanting fame, very dangerous people, stupid and easily used because they are greedy, to me this is self evident. We don't want people like this in positions of power, when will we learn the lesson: 'there is no political solution to our troubled evolution'. john key said he didn't believe in god, so what does he believe in? Personal aggrandizement would be my guess, after all he already has enough money for any one man doesn't he? So having the current hitler for another term is better? Someone who doesnt believe in god is somebody who doesnt believe in made up fairytale scribbles, so that makes them even better. |

| 716860 | 2008-11-05 10:30:00 | god does exist, but not independent of human thought, that is what worries me about people like john key, their world view is too simple and straight forward, when I think they are too stupid and simple minded to have any valid solutions to our problems at all. When enough people believe in god then god exists. |

| 716865 | 2008-11-05 19:50:00 | It strikes me a quite amazing that after 9 years in office the Labour Government waits until a few weeks before the next election to roll out all these innovative policies. All of which are designed to fix what they have stuffed up during the previous 8 years. Let’s face it, the Health System is stuffed, the Education System is stuffed and Law and Order only applies to the victims of crime. Think how much better off we’d have been if they’d addressed the problems 8 years ago. It’s a bit ironic whereby you cause a problem and then expect praise for saying you’re going to fix it. |
