You have actually made the person you gave the gum to guilty of receiving and what would have happened if that person was stopped and the contents in the trolley or bag didn't match the receipt. He could have been charged for theft so you weren't really thinking at all. It's more like an instinct for me. Help the poor when I feel I can. Do it with your own money and no one has a problem. |
