Actually, if there was a slide out tray at the back of a laptop behind the screen, you could have a x16 port there and just plug a card in. PSU becomes an issue then, unless you have external power. If you could get a shroud to mount a card of your choice (of course with double bay) then maybe it could just slot in. Anyway, infinitely more sensible than the guy who started this thread. |
