716087	2008-10-31 05:30:00	I freeze mine and get it out when required so the dates are rather useless. We do that too pctek ---- except we have frozen it in separate blocks using cellophane and then put in a plastic container in the freezer. Then when we want one we open the container and take out one cellophane wrap - ie, exactly what we need. Here's what I wrote (very slightly edited) in an earlier thread :) Mrs Misty and I most often at the weekends have breakfast in bed. The favourite breakfast is slice of toast; avocado layered on thick; chicken bacon; tomato; salt and pepper; top slice of toast.
