I can ignore the smart-alec 14year-old kid jokes from someone who's in his 20s by telling myself he's just socially backward... and may grow out of it.. But when he refers to towel heads, I decide he's actually a social moron. One who's racist, in fact. & doesn't mind showing it. So I'm objecting to that "turn of phrase" & I don't mind showing it. |
