1444795 2018-01-13 22:08:00 The front buttons on my Canon Lide 100 scanner have stopped working and a box comes up asking “select the program to launch this action”!
I have uninstalled, downloaded software and searched and other than a suggestion to go into registry files have not found any real answer.
It shouldn’t be this difficult (have had the scanner for probably 5 plus years).
Ok you troops any suggestions before another Canon (my last) product goes to the dump?

You can initiate the scan from the software without the need for the buttons on the scanner itself.
I've never used the buttons on any scanner we've ever had, always do it from the computer.

1444798 2018-01-14 02:32:00 Got it sorted by downloading MP Navigator again. Think it disappeared with a Windows update! stuffed (1469)
