1444790 2018-01-12 22:48:00 I am presuming you are talking about MS Office Outlook Client software.
There are different ways to get those folders back, they are still actually there but the folder pane is minimised.
You can click on the little right arrow at the top where the folders were. or it may pay in your case to click on the View Tab at the top of MS Outlook then click on the Folder Pane down arrow and select "Normal"

OK so I chaned the view pane & can get narrow & wide view for the left hand column. Now I need to put extra folders in to place individual folders
for Jack, Jill, Bill, Ben so that I cansave emails to a folder by using "Move: method. How do I do that please? PJ

1444792 2018-01-13 21:43:00 You actually create a subfolder off the main folder as follows:
Right Click on the Folder, say the "Inbox" folder.
Select "New Folder" in Drop Down list.
Name the Folder.
Repeat all of the above for all names.
