1445712 2018-01-30 05:45:00 Just been watching the TV1 News - Wendie Petrie and Simon Dallow smile in all the right places, and have as much personality as a Colby Cheese! 😫😴:annoyed::mad: Misty (368)
1445713 2018-01-30 19:01:00 Why do they persist in standing in front of the big screen?

To "show off" their legs or posture? :(

1445714 2018-01-31 01:29:00 Why do we need two news readers and 1 hour news program ?? Prime does it OK with 30 minutes and one presenter. paulw (1826)

:) They don't even offer crackers with it. I really don't mind Colby but I like a good bit of Blue or Brie more. I often wonder whether we are shooting the messengers instead of those who make the decisions on whether they serve up some sharp Cheddar, instead.

Must admit some of those skirted legs are worthy of showing off :wub

To the other extreme, a few months ago one of my lady friends was in hysterics over the sight of Greg Boyed presenting "commando"

Post Christmas broadcasts TV1 managed very well with one presenter and 30 minutes. No reason why they shouldn't continue the same way. After all, they struggle to find enough newsworthy footage of interest to fill the 60 minutes as it is.

The current set? Let's not forget probably only the tangible furniture is their round desk. The rest is most likely digital wizardry, and I think is quite sexy.

The round desk? The set designer probably has a love affair with their Galaxy wireless charger and was thus inspired

1445718 2018-02-01 16:49:00 Now Greg Boyed is walking round and sitting down like its a fireside chat.

They really annoy me with their 8 week Xmas break! Haven't they heard of rostering staff?

The rest of the world takes their holidays in our winter - is there less news then?

Why do they insist on paying huge salaries to new readers, which we have to pay for with ads every 5 minutes.

Has anyone got a decent email address for TVNZ?

Notice how many big communication firms don't have email addresses!

Also Lotto and Coca Coala don't have one either

Its a world wide trend.
Some of the girls on Al Jazeera are pretty hot, nice to see the rest of their body!

And have you noticed? Prime News and TV1 News is often quite different. They must not source their news from the same place.
