| 1486046 | 2022-05-04 19:28:00 | Wife is using office 365 and office outlook to download and read emails. Last night she inadvertently told outlook to open .jpg attachments with OneDrive instead of picture viewer. Any idea how to change this as the normal way with a right click and open with doesn't come up as an option? |

| 1486049 | 2022-05-05 07:06:00 | 1101 that was the first thing I tried. Wainui, yes it does appear to only be .jpg as attachments pre being saved. Once saved they open with the picture viewer as set in default apps list. I'll have a google, its not the end of the world more just annoying. Can't check as its currently in use and I can't take over until its free. Just found these will try tomorrow How do I stop OneDrive from opening files? Select Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then select OneDrive in the search results. Help & Settings > Settings. On the Settings tab, uncheck all the boxes under General. On the Auto Save tab, set the Documents and Pictures lists to This PC only, and uncheck the other boxes. |

You can also look in the onedrive settings, Office Tab, see if the box "use office applications to sync office files that I open" is ticked or not, mines not. (Only a guess) |

| 1486051 | 2022-05-06 02:14:00 | Yep it appears using Onedrive is the only option. Worked through several things I found online and those posted. Will just live with it. It doesn't affect me as I use EM client, but SWMBO gets office 365 as part of her job. |
