1485409 2022-04-06 02:26:00 Couldn't find anything amiss inside.
Ink caddy appears to be moving unrestricted.
Inks are seated ok & lid clicked down.
Makes all the usual noises.
Thanks for the help guys.
Think I've waisted enough time on a 13 year old printer.

My train simulator needs my attention.

1485410 2022-04-06 20:53:00 You can examine your own photographs, with more applications for your cell phone showing up as cameras improve. Or then again utilize your own scanner at home. Yet, it will not be on par with an expert help or you can do it from mypcfile.com in essentially all cases. micholston (17780)
1485411 2022-04-12 03:12:00 Just an update to this thread.
I have disposed of the printer.
Bought one of these:

Wasn't expecting a lot, but it does the job.
Could have bought another multifunction printer for less, but they wont do the slide pictures.

I am impressed how well the 40 year old slides came out.

A bargain at that price.
They were over $300 when I looked at them.
Don't think they do photos either.

1485416 2022-04-14 21:52:00 If I need to copy an existing photograph (providing it is A4 or less in size), I use my old faithful CanonScan LIDE 6000F flat bed scanner :) Zippity (58)
1485417 2022-04-16 01:46:00 I found that there is a bit of scanner code left in Foxit Reader that will allow my Canon Scanner to work in Win11. By pressing the scan button it brings up a window in Foxit that allows me to scan 1 or multiple documents. If you look thru the menus of Foxit there is no reference to scanning though there use to be way back. Now they want you to buy an expensive scanning package. paulw (1826)
