He was trying to clear his name , so he could get film roles again . If you are going to defame someone, it better be true & you better be able to prove it . Now he just seems like a weirdo , rather than an abusive ahole . She's now broke , this lawsuit & the costs will leave her bankrupt . |

He met her through his research for the making of The Rum Diary movie, finally got in a relationship with her about 2 years after the film was released, he did everything to stay onside with her in the marriage but she is a modern-day example of a Siren which men have often met up with in the battle of the sexes. Goes to show there's no fool like an old fool when they get involved with younger, beautiful, intelligent women who have an eye for the main chance. Looks like he might have the last laugh in their battle of wills though. An example of how real love can turn into hate given enough provocation. Depp had a tough upbringing when he was young before he became so successful and she was a fool to trifle with him. |
