Is it as rough as sandpaper at that price ? Or smooth & shiney and useless like in some public toilets ? |

Actually you usually cant as they keep running out of stock especially the $4 butter, have yet to get any as every time i'm in town about once every 5-6 weeks they don't have butter. |
