| 719701 | 2008-11-12 02:59:00 | hi i was wondering if anyone knows the Maori translation for the words Destiny and Harmony. thanks I think Myth and Jamuz speak a bit of Te Reo, but my answer would be: Destiny = Mana Motuhake (not an exact translation, but means mana coming from being in control of one's destiny, i.e. self-determination) Harmony = Not too sure what context you mean (i.e. music, or living harmoniously etc), but I'd go for whakaaio which means to be peaceful HTH |
