718535 2008-11-07 21:56:00 Pretty self explanatory.

96% of eligible voters are enrolled this year.

718536 2008-11-07 22:04:00 I'm not eligible, which is why I'm not really taking it seriously this time. :D

I'm eligible for the next one though.

718537 2008-11-07 22:26:00 Voted this morning - very quick and simple process. It was encouraging that there was a constant stream of people going into, and coming out of, the polling centre. somebody (208)
718538 2008-11-07 22:39:00 I'm surprised anyone would think of asking such a question here.

Surely a bunch of intelligent PF1 people would ALL be voting today, unless too young..?

Goes without saying...

718539 2008-11-07 22:43:00 I've cast my vote this morning. I had to make a special declaration vote due to my circumstances.

Cheers :)

Why?

For me to vote for someone means I support both them and their policies.

None of those standing today meet that criteria, so I shan’t be bothering the scorers.

I simply don’t believe in having to pick the best of a bad lot.

Remember, Guy Fawkes was the only person to enter Parliament with honest intentions. ;)

A bunch of us were actually going to play the B&B drinking game, but speedway teams racing and fireworks are on tonight. :D

I think that can go both ways .

Rather than not voting because theres no one you really like (isn't that the same with almost everyone?) why don't you vote for the lesser of a bunch of evils?
