Calls will cost NZ$3.62 including GST per minute after the first minute. The first minute of each call is free. The maximum charge for any call is NZ$26.25 including GST. The 0900 number does not work outside New Zealand. To schedule appointments from outside New Zealand, please contact a friend or family member living in New Zealand to schedule the appointment on your behalf. |

| 718389 | 2008-11-07 04:40:00 | My suggestion would be to call the number listed in the Auckland phone book: (09) 3032724. The visa appointments number you quote is also listed. There are some 0900 (and 0800) numbers that do not work in certain situations. Did you use your cellphone, perhaps? The number may only work on a landline. It does seem that the 0900 number is the only one that you can use for visa enquiries. It is too late in the day to call them now as they are shut for the day. Perhaps I could call them on Monday and ask them what you are to do? |
