| 832887 | 2009-11-23 23:01:00 | This computer which is about 3-4 years old is coming up with a low battery error on bootup and the date and time wrong. The time/date gets changed ok and then it will turn itself off after a bit, once turned back on it is fine and will stay going. The battery has been replaced but the same thing is happening. Could this be the Motherboard with the problem, the Capicitors look ok and not erupting or anything. Any thoughts apreciated as thought the change of battery might have fixed the problem. |

| 832890 | 2009-11-24 00:40:00 | Generally it's the battery. Personally I would test it with another, if again the problem persists, then I would begin fiddling with the BIOS. Perhaps resetting it. | Chris09 (15218) | ||
