| 718810 | 2008-11-08 20:51:00 | I am so glad the ***** and her commie government are gone burger. Wow... just wow. You've seriously gone south and confused this (en.wikipedia.org) with this (en.wikipedia.org). I'm a bit apathetic about the whole thing, can't see anything changing apart from whoever is next in line for national leadership stabbing JK in the back. That's the National way after all. They may have been overly PC, but they didn't **** anything up. Lets see if JK can do the same sandwich, pikelet. |

| 718811 | 2008-11-08 20:57:00 | Why Bugger? Only a fool would want another 3 years of that dictatorship.Only a COMPLETE moron would want the result that's happened. You qualify. | Greg (193) | ||
| 718812 | 2008-11-08 21:00:00 | No. NZ well still trundle along in its usual way with thousands leaving for OZ etc and not returning. How can you make a country better when you have nothing to make it better with. Our economic recession won't improve until the rest of the worlds dose, ie The US Of A. As for you lot who think a change of government well make it any better, think again. Throughout my life I have voted both National and Labour more times National and haven't really seen any difference. BTW no to BMs comment, and maybe yes to pcuserwinvista comment. :)TOTALLY agree with what Trev said - if anyone thinks that National will suddenly change things and every worry will go away - then they had better put their heads back in the sand. Seen it happen several times before , one party gets in, stays for a term, then the other has to dig them out of the **** they caused - and who gets the blame - the party that's in power. People who are old enough to have been around for several governments will have seen this happen time and time again. Selling the country's assets - May I remind which party sold them - and who spent millions on projects that all went belly up or cost the country more than they produced - National. |

And yeah, I remember Muldoon and those since |

| 718816 | 2008-11-08 21:49:00 | Yes Helen Clark has probibly been the best PM we have had since the days of Sir Keith Holyoake and time well till if John Keys can stand up to that reputation. Don't forget that. :) |

Don't forget that. :) Agreed. It's a little bit exciting though, wondering what the hell is going to happen. It seems like people almost voted for change under the mistaken idea that politics is a soap opera. Not that the politicians will tell you any different. Helen's done well, and we'll see what a money shark can do to the country when there's no money to be had. |
