| 833567 | 2009-11-26 10:16:00 | If your version of Windows comes with Media Center, that would be the easiest I think Mediaportal of GB-PVR are both free, although GB-PVR is probably more likely to work (I only say this as my friend has had major headaches and never got his Mediaportal ever working properly) |

Just want an application to record from an outside video source (for some reason Pinnacle Studio Ultimate will not show a picture from the card – and it is working as have a picture from an ftp application that tried it on). Tried XBMC and Media Portal but they didn’t like W7!! Don’t want a TV tuner or guide – just a simple video recorder……… Thanks |
