720614 2008-11-16 08:27:00 My broadband renews on the 14th and so far I have downloaded 2 movies at around 700mb each and done quite a few hours of online gaming yet it only shows that I've used 120mb on the broadband meter?
Its been 2 days now, have that not updated the meter or has something serious gone wrong allowing me to get almost unlimited broadband?:D

Thanks

720615 2008-11-16 08:49:00 What ISP are you with?

You might've downloaded the movies during off-peak time when some ISPs offer 'free' bandwidth.

720616 2008-11-16 09:13:00 They always get you.

We had $40 electrical bills for the first few months here. We've just been stung with some $300 and $200 ones to make up.

The meter probably just takes a while to update itself.

720617 2008-11-16 09:36:00 @DemonHunter-I'm with Xtra, and I'm pretty sure they don't offer free off peak bandwidth:D

@Thebananamonkey-Usually the meter updates per day. 3 days is a bit weird...
