2008-11-12 20:17:00 | www.stuff.co.nz Pity they didn't provide a link to all the results. Palmerston North ISP Inspire was the top telco, 96 percent of customers rating its performance as "good" or "very good". Telecom Xtra came in last with 49 per cent and Vodafone was third to last with 61 percent.

2008-11-12 20:44:00 | Actrix (my ISP) was in the top three and has been for years. I always get through to a kiwi speaking human.

2008-11-12 21:16:00 | On Geekzone: For the results - the rating for all ISP's is shown first followed by their rating as a broadband ISP Inspire came out on top (2) followed by Actrix (1) and then Maxnet (3). Interesting WorldxChange rated 4th but Xnet rated 6th - considering they are one and the same it does question how much research went into this article!

2008-11-12 22:04:00 | How did woosh go? Had a G&T (actualy about 6) as you do a few days ago on a yatch at West Park Marina. They had woosh bb on a lappie with an aerial stuck on a overhead hatch, was real fast (in comparasion to my xtra asdl1 bb) Said it only cost 26 notes a month couldnt be true surely.

If you look at the ISPs being complained about the most, xnet, slingshot etc (most of the smaller ones) and yet they feature higher in the ISP results. The ones complained about the least (and I don't count complaining about price alone) - being TelstraClear and Telecom are really low in the results.....seems strange to me. |
