| 834200 | 2009-11-28 00:09:00 | I have Win 7 Pro Retail Upgrades for each Computer. 2 CD's in each pack. PC2 Just has 32Bit version everything works great. Put the 64Bit one on mine and activated it, but having some driver problems. Scanner and Graphics. Both PC's have similar Specs so formatted my HDD and set about putting the 32Bit. Gets as far as the Key and it does not want to know my key. Do I have to De-activate the 64Bit one somehow first before it sees it allows me to use the key again or what? Luckily I still have XP on another HDD I can switch to and use that in the meantime. |

| 834202 | 2009-11-28 00:23:00 | Is there only the One key for both the 32 & 64 bit versions ? You wont have to deactivate the other 64 bit install, as the PC wont know anything about it. |

Scanner: Using driver from Epson UK says it is for my scanner. Installed fine but the scanning sucks. Epson NZ and Aus don't have anything for it. |

| 834204 | 2009-11-28 00:27:00 | It may say its for the scanner, BUT, are the drivers 64 bit?? And does it say its for Windows 7?? If there's no 64 bit drivers, then you wont be able to use it | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 834205 | 2009-11-28 00:27:00 | Yea thats what I thought wainuitech. Just telling me key is invalid now. It worked fine for the 64bit Install last week. A bit of a mystery really. |

| 834208 | 2009-11-28 00:37:00 | Epson NZ and Aus don't have anything for Win 7 32bit or 64bit UK has epson325443eu.exe USA has epson12181.exe Epson 4990 Photo Both install, both run the scan software, but both scan like its a kids cartoon, really. It is either wait a few months on an update or try the 32bit install. Sine I am part way through the 32bit then that seems to be the way to go. |

Just double check you are typing in the correct Key - I just a few minutes ago, while doing an install of 32bit W7 did that exact thing,I put in what looked like an K on the sticker, but closer look and it was actually an X. The number 8 & B also look similar. |
