When they made the promises, everything was different. They couldn't have foreseen the extent of what's happened. And none of us could really rightly expect for them to live up to their promises anymore. They're being responsible. If it were possible to do FTTH and everything else, I'm sure that they would do what they could. But the thing is that they can't. Not responsibly anyway. |
