Monitor your modem for 48 hours and see if it being stood up on its side helps. Those Thomson routers have massive vents underneath, but nothing else, and they overheat because of it. Free-standing it on its side may just be the ticket you need, coz it looks like your line and actual connection itself are pretty good.

Yes I know it sounds crazy, but 2-3 days into spring / summer can honestly have that much of an affect on cheap / crappy routers, especially considering how humid it's been the last few days :-/

When the internet disconnects all the lights are still on except for internet and ethernet is flashing slowly. Disconnects only last about 5-10secs and i gain connection soon after. Has only disconnected 5 times from 7am after standing on its side

The disconnects don't happen when the phone rings, does it?

834278 2009-12-01 07:47:00 Yeah that's what used to happen with my families router under slight load, replaced the router and it went away .... Chilling_Silence (9)
834279 2009-12-02 05:51:00 Yup confirm Telecom issue the other day. My connection went to mud the other day too but reset itself about 1 in the morning. And it had been raining.

This is my best so far since rewiring the phone sockets in my place:
