| 833847 | 2009-11-26 19:55:00 | Just follow the instructions given by Chris09 and replace your optical drive. Most probably your system is set to boot from CD, then the Hard Drive in the Bios which is the cause of the problem, with your damaged optical drive. | kamo1 (14583) | ||
| 833848 | 2009-11-27 12:25:00 | Thanks for the help. It was the FIRST TIME I opened a PC. Can't get the drive out. Brought pc to repair. The drive is damaged by the disk shattering. Have to replace a new drive. And reinstall xp operating system again. Pc is working. Thanks. |
