| 835462 | 2009-12-01 04:57:00 | On Xnet download speedtest around 5.30pm PC1 shows 18000kbps, PC2 shows 1800kbps, PC3 shows 424kbps. CPU processor: PC1 3GHz, PC2 2GHz, PC3 451MHz. Question: Is the lower dl speed on PC3 normal for the slower processor or could there be some other reason? It's not a problem as I am used to leaving PC3 alone for ten minutes when I tell it to update something, but I'm curious. (Upload speeds all about the same 130kbps) |

Nothing to do with what the speed of the system is Sorry, I should have said that the readings were sequential. I went from one PC to the other and there was no other significant activity on the broadband. I've noticed the slower reaction on PC3 several times previously, but this was the first time I did comparative readings within the same few minutes. |
