| 721991 | 2008-11-23 21:42:00 | Just checked the new site today and it looks like they're using the same Movieshack site code. Return time is the biggest problem I'm having with their service. It can often take 5 days (not including weekends) for a DVD to get to their center from Christchurch. I also had Andromeda Season 1 sitting at the top of my queue for about 6 months as didn't recieve it. I'm going to try again now they've merged. |

I wouldn't be exagerrating when I say we had to return over half the disks because of scratches making them unplayable. Movieshack was good. They seem to have an honesty policy for returning dvds. Initially, they would post out another dvd as soon as you ticked return. However, if you tick return and then don't send it back for a week, you then have to wait till they physically recieve it. |

| 721994 | 2008-11-23 22:41:00 | Late this morning I received an email from Fatso.co advising me of their latest merger with a free offer of adding an additional DVD to my monthly plan :) They were too late - I cancelled my trial membership in disgust at their lack of "customer service". And I still haven't had a reply back from them regarding my gripes listed in an above post. |

| 721995 | 2008-11-24 04:11:00 | I've used Movieshack for a couple of years and found them excellent. A few months ago we suddenly started getting a DVD every day. I contacted them through the website and asked them to stop, but the DVDs kept coming. It was like the Sorceror's Apprentice! Finally, they stopped them, but by then we had 14 DVDs (our allowance is 2 at a time). We're gradually working our way through them.................. |

| 721996 | 2008-11-24 18:25:00 | Yes it looks like they are using the Movie Shack web code. I was on MovieShack and now its gone to Fatso (yesterday for me) There is one major change that it you have a Get Now option for movie sin your queue which is suppose will be kind of handy. |
