2010-05-27 09:48:00 Quick reply thanks! But I think XP Pro is 64 bit and the only option to download is XP 32 bit. Sorry I don't really understand the difference so not arguing with you, just questioning if it will be ok to download? Danger (287)
2010-05-27 09:50:00 Yes it will work I use on XP home 2 comps, XP pro 1 comp, Win Vista laptop and Win 7 1 comp. MSE is better than Avast. Yes just looked no XP 64 bit bummer gary67 (56)
2010-05-27 09:52:00 Cheers so I just select the XP32 bit download then. Thanks to both of you for your help. Danger (287)
2010-05-27 09:54:00 You can try but might not work gary67 (56)
2010-05-27 09:55:00 Hmmm but I thought you said it would above? Now I'm confused. What am I supposed to download? Danger (287)
2010-05-27 09:56:00 Oh you changed your post lol!
So its back to Avast is that the best option for me?

2010-05-27 09:57:00 I am using on 32 bit XP only as it probably won't work on 64 bit XP. That's IF you have XP pro 64 bit. XP pro is available as 32bit and that is probably what you have. To find out right click my computer and go to properties gary67 (56)
2010-05-27 09:59:00 Yes I have a 64 Processor. Danger (287)
2010-05-27 10:00:00 windows xp 64bit can only emulate 64bit. it aint proper 64 bit like windows 7. 32bit version should work fine goodiesguy (15316)
2010-05-27 10:02:00 Cheers I'll give it a go! Danger (287)
