723558 2008-11-27 07:03:00 Ok, I'm after an internet radio device, that I can plug into my current stereo system and PLUG into my broadband router (i . e . I don't have wifi) and (this is maybe the most important part) it must not cost the earth .

I configured a Sonos wireless music system today for internet radio (for a client) and I was impressed with the range of internet radio stations available .

Now a single Sonos unit and controller would be well over $1000 . It would do what I wanted to do, but it is a bit overboard for what I want .

I just want to be able to listen to internet radio stations on my stereo system, without having to have the PC on!

Does any such device exist?

But Sonos FTW
