It can be very depressing seeing my son go through so much torture every day due to school.

I will be taking him to a private specialist regarding his Aspergers and hopefully we will get some kind of help through them. Sadly that is what I had to do with his initial diagnosis but when I came to Hamilton and was put into the public health system he was sadly brushed under a convenient carpet. Sadly I cannot afford to go private but will do what I have to to get him some much needed help. He has been treated with Anxiety and OCD and I think that treatment in itself has pushed him over the edge anger wise as the treatment is almost the opposite of what needed to be done with regard to Aspergers. They tried to force him to go out and socialise with others or to catch buses by himself etc and that gets him very angry. I know people say it's horrible to have your child labeled but honestly that label is our only road to getting him professional help and support. The school obviously is not interested in helping us out and I honestly don't see him being there too much longer. I know he will succeed regardless of those idiots though..... with some help.

Any way ..... Hopefully it's not to late to get him help as he is 15 now and a 6 foot teenager who gets angry can be a freaky sight to see.
