| 725245 | 2008-12-03 03:53:00 | Not being able to get into the old account should be quite obvious - when the account is closed so does the services relating to the account, cant have your cake and eat it too.- as Vodafone replied When a Vodafone account has ported to another network all Vodafone services such as "Manage Your Account" are also cancelled. But that aside - they should be able to give you back the credit that you have paid for in one form or another. |

Apparently I'm now going to have to call the support line in order to sort this out. It looks like R2x1 is completely right! |

| 725247 | 2008-12-10 03:55:00 | I've been really busy for the last few days but finally got the chance to call them today. But, no such luck. I dialled 0800 800 021 (as mentioned on the Vodafone site under Contact Us) but all that did was take me to "Welcome to Vodafone. Please enter your PIN and press #". I don't have a PIN (although I tried the two different PINs that I use and neither worked). Yet again, Vodafone's customer service completely fails. | Nermal (7077) | ||
