| 836709 | 2009-12-09 23:04:00 | Thanks FoxyMX When you have successfully extracted the emails do you leave them in that new folder and does it work in the same way as your original OE folder? What did you do about the old OE folder. delete or what? I have got a Saved folder with lots of subfolders, I suppose I'll have to go through the whole lot. I leave them in the new folder. DBXtract extracts the actual emails and you need to double-click them to read in Outlook Express. As far as I know you cannot read them by browsing OE's Inbox (or other folders) like you normally do. I would suggest that you keep your old DBX files in a separate folder and let OE start again with new DBX files. Yes, you will need to go through all your folders to extract the emails. Hopefully they will all be there. |
