2009-12-06 02:47:00 | Did you uninstall it first?? And uninstall Avast as well. DONT delete their folders, without uninstalling them first. You'll have more probs. Only thing to do is either uninstall it, then reinstall Tuneup utils. Or uninstall it altogether. Send whoever made it an email, tell them to fix it. Does Outpost include an AV program?? If it does, uninstall Avast. Log looks ok to me | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2009-12-06 02:54:00 | Sorry i didn't deleted it, i uninstalled it with Ccleaner. But if I uninstall TuneUp 2009 I don't think i will be able to reinstall it baring in mind it is a paying software (i bought the pc second hand and it was already on it) so what should i do? | David603 (15488) | |
2009-12-06 02:59:00 | Well if its paid for. Send whoever made it, an email and tell them that file is missing and tell them to fix it. However you may need some proof that it is paid for. So you can get help. Otherwise uninstall it. Not much else you can do | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2009-12-06 03:01:00 | Alright, i'll try to contact them and see what i can do. Anyway thanks a lot for your time! | David603 (15488) | |
2009-12-07 05:13:00 | Each time i open my computer, Tune Up is not able to open and a there is a box telling me that (this application has failed to start because rtl100bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. I ve just read a lot about the subject and yes a have Spyware doctor. I don't know where the problem is coming from nor how to fix it... some help would be very appreciated. If you have Avast, it is related to an update. You will probably find it in the Virus Chest. Just restore it, it is a false positive. LL
