| 725864 | 2008-12-04 22:31:00 | Hi all, I have just bought three external HD enclosures for old HDs lying around here - but the enclosures all look the same..... I want to name them something other than 'Disk 1' etc. Any ideas? be creative :D:D |

Public facing servers were given evil characters names to reflect their threat level. Internal private servers were given good characters names, to indicate they were "safe". I guess this doesn't directly related to naming your hard drives as the content should all be legimate and safe, right ? ;) |

Each server had a desktop wallpaper corresponding to it's name got any cartoons that you loved? :D One business I get contracted out to used to name all their servers after muppets characters :) I think they kept scooter around, but everything has names that reflect their purpose now - more useful, but just doesn't brighten up your day the same way the old servers did :lol: |
