837728 2009-12-08 19:37:00 Is anyone using the above,Matrox TripleHead2Go? With Win 7 64 bit?
I am looking at it as a substitute for TrackIR and would like some advice.
Thanks,

837729 2009-12-08 22:21:00 Hi Jack, the triplehead2go is a very expensive piece of kit for what it does really, only 3 x 12 x 10 for analog and 3 x 16 x 10 for digital widescreen..

Last time I looked, they were priced around $350 - $400!!, for that money, I would rather get the new Radeon 5000 series which does the same thing but at twice the resolution....

If you are using a laptop with builtin GPU and need 3 monitors sure, otherwise waste of money IMHO

Edit - Have found NZ pricing...$830????

LOL.....seriously Jack, get a 5000 series Radeon, much better

837730 2009-12-08 22:54:00 Matrox cards are not really for gaming more for professional video work etc.
