I don't think it can be getting damp as I keep the boxes on a window shelf which if anything is in the sun too much. So perhaps I will follow your advice and get a plastic container |

| 726487 | 2008-12-09 05:58:00 | But my problem is it clumps in the box before I get to pour it. It could be that the outfit selling it to you has very low turnover of such products. If you are living in a place like Nightcaps and buy from the local dairy or superette, they may have been using the same initial stock for years -- and storing in a damp cellar.
