| 837104 | 2009-12-07 02:15:00 | hay guys, just looking to see if anyone can suggest a router brand for us to change to. We've just been informed that Linksys no longer produce the WAG54G and we need a replacement. Also it doesn't look like Linksys are putting out a suitable replacement yet either. I just finished setting up and testing a VPN using a DrayTek Vigor 2800, but then the price of this brand was a little to high for us to supply to our customers. Basically all it needs to have is ADSL capabilities and VPN endpoints. Sometimes we install wireless too, like the WAG54G Linksys, although not my number 1 choice, did the job and at a reasonable price i might add. We're thinking maybe netgear might be the way to go, any suggestions or experiences you've had with different brands would be appreciated. |
