| 837089 | 2009-12-07 01:08:00 | Yesterday my ACER desktop produced the following -- ACER E LOCK activated and now the dvd drive will not read or write. read throught the web sites, answer is use elock to unlock. But this does not work -- elock is not listed as a program option. Beat solution from ACER is to restore unit back to factory specs where the harddisk is reformatted. Any other forum user had the same problem and found a solution. Looking forward to any answer. |
