727341 2008-12-18 23:52:00 ^ You OK mate?

512MB DDR2 lappy RAM is almost worthless, the main reason being its pointless, and the 2nd reason is all the budget manufacturers used 2x 512 MB instead of 1x 1GB is cheap lappys.

When everyone needed RAM upgrades because of Vista, one (or sometimes both) 512MB chips have to come out, and the market is flooded with near new 512MB chips that no one wants.

727342 2008-12-19 00:00:00 The 1GB chips are cheap as well - only $20. www.pricespy.co.nz pcuser42 (130)
