So what, they did wrong, its just one of the many wrongs people do in a day, but it was one of the moments when the actions ended in a death......... and someone has to pay our society says. I spose if less people broke the law, caused crimes, and got into violence, fights, the media would run out of stuff to report and the police might have time to do their job. lol beetle:illogical |

As that person is now slightly dead I would think that person cannot defend his actions in a court of law as he is not here to speak for himself. It would not be the fault of the parents, teachers, peer group as we all have choices. Cracking a skull may cause brain injury and cause a coma or death. I hope you never find yourself in a situation where you decide on the spur of the moment to injure a person. I hope that when or if a person enters your home with nefarious intent you will have the guts to defend you and your family. |

Multiple situations that "could have or have escalated" So whom was involved in your many scenarios? Was it a group of persons where you just sat on the sidelines and no intervention at all? If you feel nothing then I am sorry for your loss. |
