I don't think that penalty has ever been imposed for manslaughter. It may be time to reintroduce the the death penalty for those that drive too fast on the roads. Or even get a parking ticket for example. And, of course Metla, you would not break the law in any fashion would you? |

IMO this is kind of like that gun shop owner that shot the guy trying to rob his store. Can't remember what happened to him, but I reckon this guy should've got found not guilty. Would send a good message to taggers. PS Melta, hope some teen tags your fence and sprays you in the face :) PPS, and if you attack him back, you get hung :) |

That, in inself, does not mean the truth. The prosecution will present the case and witnesses may tell untruths. The defence may or may not present witnesses as the case may be. I would think that you were on the jury as you know that Bruce Emery ran the three hundred meters and did the deed. Maybe you were a witness. |
