Easy, from the kind of people who charge 140% interest per annum and are determined to collect. Then there's the principal to repay as well. I don't know how he planned to repay it all, but it was bound to be illegal. Anyway, his negotiable assets had better be deep and wet enough to keep the loan sharks happy in chokey or he might have his teeth knocked out so that they can tickle his tonsils as well.
