| 840171 | 2009-12-17 08:11:00 | Don't worry about DX11. It's a nice-to-have and you definitely pay for it. If I were to upgrade then the 4890 would be my pick. It's really cheap (as these things go) and it should do the job for a good amount of time. Toms put it as the best card for ~USD$200. It's worth toms out before a major purchase. But make sure to keep your budget at the front of your mind... too easy to get distracted by ROP's, shader cores, teraflops and such. www.tomshardware.com |

| 840172 | 2009-12-17 19:35:00 | +1 the 4870 Is a nice card for around $230. There is no point spending maybe $150 on a GPU you will be disappointing in and need to upgrade much earlier.
