| 730300 | 2008-12-17 22:59:00 | That aside, Every man I have ever known who wanted to get themselves a gun has never had any trouble doing so. A sub machine gun? An automatic pistol? Still, I know what your saying, if his 121 guns weren't out there it would be sawn off shotguns instead. My point is that doesn't alter his culpability if a gun he sold turns up in a crime. He knew who he was selling the things to. |

That aside, I wasn't disagreeing with you, Anyone putting weaponry onto the streets is a scumbag. Perhaps we could glue a can of paint to his hand and then wait until the pressf1 hit squad see him and kill him. Wait, Thats just silly. |

| 730304 | 2008-12-17 23:45:00 | My only question is what would the bastard have to do to get the maximum sentence . . . . . . . . . . The offender needs to be a recidivist . The law does not seem able to recognise the ability of many offenders to do it again and again and again . The law only seems to really crack down hard on repeat offenders . Rarely do they appear to give offenders what they deserve . The law is, in this case and many others, an ass . Perhaps we need to get ourselves elected and change the law? Can't do much worse than the ones already in power . And think of the take-home pay!:) |
