| 730457 | 2009-01-05 04:51:00 | I have been driving for 15 years and have never had a speeding ticket ...... because I do not speed .... would not speed. Not just because it is the law but because I could kill someone else or be killed and thats a very selfish thing to do. It is the law so abide by it or get off our roads. I'd be more concerned about the ones who use (misuse) their cars to kill and maim people, rather then those who happen to periodically pick a speed higher then the level at which they have decided to fine us for. |

Yeah I think choosing to speed is misuse and through speeding many people have been maimed and or killed. Or am I wrong? :illogical Why is it that people think speeding is O.K until someone gets hurt or killed. |

| 730465 | 2009-01-05 23:24:00 | You want to hear funny :D Just came back from Town - on the way in going into the Mt Victoria Tunnel, theres a cop with a hand held Cam, almost hidden from view standing on the footpath Thanks to google Maps (www.imagef1.net.nz). On the way back an hour later - every one coming into the tunnel sees him, and flashes their lights to on coming traffic - amazing, the normal speed through the tunnel ( when I've been going through) ranges from 50 -55. the traffic flow was at 45K - From what I saw - most people were either tooting as they went past him - and even several waved as they went past - he looked kind of pissed off :lol: |
