| 731220 | 2008-12-20 21:43:00 | I received an email yesterday (20th December) from TelstraClear advertising the "early Christmas present" they were giving customers - i.e. their "Unmetered" promotion. For those who don't know, the "Unmetered" promotion is where traffic incurred from visiting Trademe, Clearnet Video, and using Clearnet Deluxe gameservers does not count towards your monthly cap. However, this promotion ends on the 21st of December (today) - so the "early Christmas Present" is one day to use the unmetered promotion, which has been running since September. It just seems bizzare to me... did anyone else get this email? |

| 731222 | 2008-12-20 23:23:00 | Hmm ok... this is all I see in my email: www.imagef1.net.nz And the Unmetered.co.nz site still says 21 December 2008. |

| 731223 | 2008-12-20 23:33:00 | Does it matter when it ends? There's not a whole lot on the unmetered sites. If they hosted game demos or Linux distributions I might be impressed but Trademe doesn't use that much data. | joshjnz (7844) | ||

I think it's more useful for people who do a lot of gaming, being able to access the game servers free. |
