Following that, I'd say the West Coast. There is a lot of the country I have yet to see and would like to hear other people's thoughts, so if you had to name NZ's most naturally beautiful province, what would it be? | Kindel (6640) | ||

Its NOT part of Southland. They always report tourists loving Southland too - when they have visited Milford, Queenstown etc etc. The Catlins is OK if you like stark landscapes with Wellington type wind. Stewart Island I can't comment on as the enormous rip-off Ferry price has always put me off. Cheaper to go over Cook Strait!!!! |
